Ocha Thai and Japanese Cuisine was founded in 2011 with one simple goal: to create something meaningful, authentic, and truly our own. After years of experience in the restaurant industry, owner Aim Dedkhad set out to build a place where her family’s passion, heritage, and love for food could come together under one roof.

Thai and Japanese cuisine have always been at the heart of our family. Aim’s mother is a skilled Thai chef, and her father was a dedicated sushi chef, and their influences are woven into every dish we serve. Drawing from generations of culinary knowledge, Ocha Thai and Japanese Cuisine is proud to offer food made entirely from scratch, using authentic family recipes passed down and perfected over time. OSHA Thai has been one of our favorite restaurants in the area for years. They have had some challenging time with the main chef having a stroke.
